The Microschool Report is published by Create Business Solutions, LLC. By reading it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the Report is

A page of headlines about microschools, school choice and the laws behind them. We write the headlines. Every story belongs to its publisher and opens on the publisher's site. We do not control those sites, and a link is not an endorsement of what a publisher says.

Not legal advice

Items about bills and laws point to public legislative records. They are news, not legal advice. Read the record itself, and talk to a lawyer licensed in your state before relying on any of it.

Accuracy

We work to describe each story fairly, but we do not promise that every headline, link or date is complete, current or free of error. If something is wrong, write to support@microschoolreport.com and we will fix it.

Photos, copyright and removal

A photo beside a story is either the publisher's own preview image, loaded from the publisher and linked to the story, or an openly licensed photo shown with its credit. If you own a headline's story or a photo and want it taken down, write to support@microschoolreport.com with the address of the item. We will remove it promptly.

Using the site

You may read the Report, link to it and share it. Do not interfere with the site, try to get into systems that are not public, or copy it in bulk in a way that burdens our servers.

No warranty; limit of liability

The Report is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Create Business Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using the Report or a site it links to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
